Sunrise Modifications's Terms and Conditions Policy

1. Agreement to Terms
   By purchasing a product or service from Sunrise modifications via Discord or any affiliated website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with any local laws that may apply to your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from purchasing, using, or accessing our services and products.

2. Payment Methods & Currency
   Payments to Sunrise modifications are only accepted through the following methods:
   Stripe
   Cash App
   Venmo
   PayPal
   Transactions made outside of these methods will not be honored and may be refunded at our discretion.

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If using a different currency, the payment processor will convert the amount based on current exchange rates.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy
   All sales are final. Once a product is purchased, no refunds will be issued. However, at our sole discretion, we may attempt to resolve any issues you experience.

If a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute without contacting our support team first, the account will be permanently banned from our services, and the ability to purchase from us in the future will be revoked.

Since all purchases are for digital products, you become ineligible for a refund once the product has been delivered.

4. Ownership & Distribution of Products
   Upon purchase, you become the rightful owner of the purchased files. However, ownership is non-transferable and remains subject to the following conditions:
   If you leave a Discord server or community, you must take your purchased files with you and may not distribute them to anyone else.

You may not leak, resell, or redistribute any Sunrise Modifications products under any circumstances.

Products may not be shared with others except a trusted developer working on your server, and you remain responsible for any leaks traced back to you.

Editable files, such as PSDs, will only be provided if explicitly stated in the product description.

5. Product Usage & Modifications
   You are strictly prohibited from:

Leaking, reselling, or redistributing any product from Sunrise modifications.

Modifying or editing any product without prior written permission from Sunrise modifications.

Unlocking, decrypting, or reverse-engineering any files or scripts provided.

Sharing purchased products with other community members who are not the direct buyer or a verified server developer working under your direction.

Claiming credit for any Sunrise modifications products.

Extracting and reselling individual components of a package (e.g., selling vehicle parts separately).

Some products may include editable PSD files, but they may only be modified for personal use and not shared, resold, or distributed.

6. Policy on Leaked/Stolen Content
   Sunrise modifications reserves the right to refuse service to anyone found to be involved in leaking, reselling, or distributing digital content without authorization.

If leaked files are traced back to a buyer, Sunrise modifications reserves the right to take appropriate action, including banning the individual from purchasing any further products.

We do not release editable files (such as .PSD) unless explicitly stated, and such files will not be provided upon request.

7. Amendments & Updates
   Sunrise modifications reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted in our Discord server and/or website.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance.

By purchasing any digital product from Sunrise modifications, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Violation of these terms will result in appropriate enforcement actions, including but not limited to account bans, loss of access to purchased products, and potential legal action where applicable.
